UI/UX UX Architect

We are an innovative, fast-paced company that specializes in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. We are seeking an experienced UX Architect to join our dynamic team. As a UX Architect, you will play a critical role in designing seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure that the user experience aligns with business goals and user needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute in an end-to-end UX/UI process, from idea/brainstorming into design implementation
• Able to present the reason behind the Information architecture to cross-functional team
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that depict the product’s structure and navigation flow, often using tools like Figma
• Design efficient information architecture so users can easily find the information they are looking for.
• Develop user flows and journey maps to show how users will interact with the product from start to finish.
• Produce results effectively and within the deadlines set
• Work closely with design, development, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the designs align with business goals and user need
• Create documentation on UX standards and guidelines, and maintain a design library to ensure consistency across the product
• Analyze user data to understand how users interact with the product and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep up with UX trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and the product
• As an experienced UX Architect, you may be expected to mentor or guide junior UX designers and other team members.
• Uphold high-quality standard delivery (and web compliance)
• Familiar creating user story

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 year of Working Experience in developing website interface and experience
• Passionate in UX/UI to achieve product goals
• Have a good analytical and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Figma is a must
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, driven, fast learner, and have a video editing skills is a strong plus
