UI/UX UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful. in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
• The candidates must be able to tell the difference between UI and UX design
• Experience designing usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web, based on research and best practices
• Experience in creating designs, with one or more of the following programs or technologies – Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
• User-first mindset — lots of empathy, advocacy, and a passionate drive to do what's right
• Great analytical skills, able to identify problems and come up with solutions
• Integration experience in the retail technology industry is needed
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences
• Proactive and have a sense of process ownership
• Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines
