We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Identification of Potential Customers such as Conducting market research to identify organizations or potential clients.
- Presentation and Proposal: Crafting a compelling presentation to introduce the company and partnership services to prospective clients. Delivering proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating positive relationships with clients by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Providing customer support and serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries or concerns.
- Engaging in industry networking activities, conferences, and other events to cultivate relationships with potential clients and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance and generate periodic reports for the management team. Analyze market trends and provide feedback to internal teams to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
- Responsible to drive revenue from B2C & B2B2C.
Qualification
- A Bachelor degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, Management, or other relevant disciplines is often highly regarded.
- Comprehending industry trends, workforce requirements, and technical prerequisites needed by clients. Serving as a resource for clients in understanding the IT labor market.
- Min. 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles is often preferred. Specific experience within the SaaS and SME industry can be considered an added advantage.
- Good communication Skills, able to craft effective presentations and cultivate positive relationships with potential clients.
- Possesses an understanding of effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and make strategicdecisions.
- Ability to establish and cultivate a network of positive relationships with customers, partners and clients.
