Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Actively seek out and approach potential clients who haven't worked with the company before
  • Lead Generation: Use innovative strategies and tools to generate a pipeline of new leads that haven't been tapped.
  • Diversify strategies to identify new leads through social selling, cold calls, web analytics, and industry research.
  • Conduct initial sales pitches, highlighting the unique advantages of the company's solutions and tailoring the pitch for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
  • Overview project deliveries, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget, and communicate with clients to ensure that their needs are met
  • Continuously update oneself with industry news and trends, and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualification

  • Proven track record of sales success, ideally in the IT service solutions industry for 3 years
  • Good understanding of the technical aspects of website development, mobile app development, system integration, and corporate solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities, innovative sales strategies, and untapped channels for client acquisitions.
  • Project management experience to ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the delivery team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related feld such as business administration, computer science, or marketing is preferred
  • Leadership, negotiation, and time management skills are a plus
