Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Lead at SALT. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring successful project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

Job Description:

1. Make sure all projects running well and delivered promptly
2. Provide strategy on how to address client brief to achieving goals and objective
3. Identify critical issues and provide effective solutions to achieve smooth project deliverables
4. Create practical innovations to improve project management team efficiencies and effectiveness
5. Empower team member to achieve their career development
6. Make sure all the projects are properly documented
7. Provide strategies and planning related to project management improvement
8. Manage relationships with clients and other external parties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Have 1-2 years experience in leading a project manager team and application maintenance
• Project management and leadership skills
• Having prior expertise in managing operational or maintenance IT projects would be a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Technical knowledge in software development, AI, or cyber security
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Experience working with diverse clients and stakeholders
• Placement location in West Jakarta, Indonesia.
