We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Analyst Lead to join our team. As an IT Project Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will lead a team of project analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in leading IT projects.

Jobdesc:

1. Monitor and ensure all assigned projects are delivered with high quality and match client requirement 
2. Ensure all project team to have good environment in order to build proactive and independent project team  
3. Identify critical issues/upcoming potential issues and provide effective solutions to achieve smooth project deliverables  
4. Create practical innovations to improve internal or external project management activity  
5. Empower team member to achieve their career development 
6. Make sure all the projects are properly documented 
7. Manage relationships with clients and other external parties  
8. Support Head and Director of PMO to implement business improvement idea to improve Project Analyst & QA Analyst team  

Requirement:

1. Min. 5 years experience as Project Analyst/Business Analyst/QA Analyst Lead 
2. Min. 2 years experience as a Lead of small teams ( 4-6 person)
3. Have a strong leadership skill, problem-solving and analytical skills.
