Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence, while acting as the PIC for HC recruitment and freelance recruiters.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and management in document processing, data management, and reporting.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate database management, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate logistics for internal activities such as training and orientation for new talent.
• Maintain and update the database, CVs, and Geekz Profiles, as well as manage time- sheets, attendance, onboarding, contracts, and timely report submissions.
• Compile and maintain operational reports, employee attendance, and recruitment activi- ties, and ensure company documentation is well-organized and securely stored.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and support overall process improvements.
Qualification
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Min. 1 - 2 years of work experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in the technology industry or IT talent recruitment firms.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technical workforce requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in administrative and project management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proactive, self-initiated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
