We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Capital Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the organization's workforce by supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development strategies. Assist the Human Resources Director to Develops, plans, and implements Department goals and objectives. Uphold company policies, vision, mission, culture, and values.
Job Description:
1. Employee Attendance Calculation
- Accuracy of attendance data processing 100% accuracy: Weekly Attendance Data Collection and Verification, Generate Weekly Attendance Reports , Regularly verify Employee Leave supporting documents
- Employee Benefits Administration Completed 100% Completed: Create digital form to register newly eligible employees and/or family into BPJS Employment and Health Insurance Systems, minimizing manual errors and improving efficiency, Set Maximum Time Limits for register Eligible Employees in BPJS Employment and Health Insurance Systems
- Zero errors in informing new employees: Create a SharePoint Employee Database Accessible by the Employee Service and Payroll Divisions, Real-Time Updates on SharePoint, Monthly Reconcile Employee Database, Attendance Report and Supporting Documents to Payroll Division
2. Handling employee reimbursements
- Zero complaints from employees regarding reimbursements: Set Maximum Time Limits for Document Submission, Establish Data Validation timeline, Automate Benefits Administration Processes and Calculation to Reduce Human Error, Create a SharePoint Reimbursement updates Accessible by the Employee, Real-Time Updates on SharePoint ensuring the employee able to view information related to their benefits
3. Human Capital Satisfaction Survey
- Attend training external at least once a year: Searching Training Course at LinkedIn Learning for free
- Complete Jira entries on time every 1st of the month: Daily update manual HC timesheet, Upload task list to JIRA max on 1st day of the month
- 80% satisfied result: Conducting employee’s satisfaction
- Report HCES 100% every month maximum 5st of the month: Update HCES after payroll on 28th every month.
- Creating IM for business processes at least 2 times per month: Identifying Employee Issues and Creating Regulations, Improving and Updating Existing Internal Policies to Align with Current Company Conditions
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar HC role.
- Very accurate and detailed person
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HC software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enjoys motivating, coaching and developing others.
- Innovative: reengineers process for maximum efficiency and believe in competitive advantage to both work smarter and stay lean.
- Positive Energy: bring a positive, can-do attitude to even the most stressful situations. Half of glass kind of person. Calm even under very intense situation
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
