About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to lead the development and delivery of multiple AI-focused products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, providing technical direction while ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee cross-functional teams across.

• Drive the end-to-end product development process,

• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical solutions and development plans.

• Provide technical guidance on system architecture, design, and implementation.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, and team execution

• Estimate and plan production infrastructure/server requirements based on product needs and expected workload.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, Vibe Coding, and Agentic AI to improve development efficiency and product delivery.

• Identify technical risks and proactively resolve blockers to ensure successful delivery.

• What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineer, Technical Leadership, or Product Development.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple projects/products.

• Strong technical understanding of:

  • Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript

  • Backend: Golang, TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, system design, and production infrastructure.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Experience with AI products is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills.

• Willing to work Full WFO (Work From Office)

Nice to Have

• Experience building or delivering AI/GenAI products.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and production server sizing.

• Experience in both technical leadership and project management.
