We seek a highly skilled SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Lead with extensive experience in SAP project lifecycles, including implementation, roll-out, and support phases. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the SAP MDG domain and must have participated in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.

1. Lead SAP MDG Projects: Oversee the end-to-end execution of SAP MDG projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
2. Full-Cycle Implementation: Manage and contribute to all phases of SAP MDG implementation, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
3. Data Governance Strategy: Develop and implement robust data governance frameworks to enhance data quality, consistency, and compliance across business processes.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical consultants to align project objectives with organizational goals.
5. System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP MDG solutions to meet specific client requirements, ensuring system integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
6. Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Provide expertise in identifying and resolving issues related to data governance and master data processes during project implementation and support phases.
7. Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including business process blueprints, user manuals, and training guides. Conduct training sessions for end users as needed.
8. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and validations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of master data management solutions.
9. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices for data governance and SAP MDG enhancements to improve system efficiency and performance.

Qulification:

1. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP MDG, with proven expertise in leading implementation, roll-out, and support projects.
2. Full-Cycle Implementations: Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP MDG configuration, data modeling, UI modeling, BRF+, and SAP workflows.
4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading project teams.
5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
8. Certifications: SAP MDG certification is a plus but not mandatory.
