We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Security Lead to assist in defining requirements, designing applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP security solutions that align with business processes and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience, having participated in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations. Experience as a team lead is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage SAP GRC security projects, providing strategic guidance to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement SAP GRC security solutions that adhere to best practices and meet organizational needs.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, SAP consultants, and project managers to achieve project objectives.
Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP GRC modules (such as Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management) and oversee customizations as required.
Security Audits and Compliance: Ensure that implemented SAP security solutions comply with corporate security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Issue Management and Troubleshooting: Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues during various project phases, including implementation and support.
Training and Documentation: Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in SAP security implementations and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and apply best practices for improving SAP GRC security configurations and processes.
