1. Requirement Gathering & Logical Translation
● Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deeply understand their operational pain
points and desired outcomes.
● Translate complex agricultural requirements into structured Business Requirement
Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for the development
team.
● Design the business logic and workflows for the project.
2. IoT Solution Design & Workflow Mapping
● Define the use cases and logic for the IoT implementation, mapping out data points
collected and defining the corresponding responses.
● Outline the data integration logic needed for the solutions.
● Brainstorm and propose additional use cases where IoT automation can optimize
operations and reduce manual intervention.
3. Stakeholder Management & Development Bridge
● Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the internal technical team
(IoT Developers, Software Engineers).
● Ensure the development team clearly understands the business objective behind every
feature and the specific logic required to achieve it.
● Manage expectations, scope changes, and project priorities effectively throughout the
development cycle

● Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst,
or Systems Analyst.
● IoT Project Knowledge: Proven experience working on at least one project involving
the Internet of Things (IoT) or hardware-software integration. You must understand the
foundational logic of IoT to communicate effectively with the engineering team.
● Exceptional Logical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break
down complex, ambiguous physical processes into structured, programmable rules.
● Technical Communication: Excellent ability to translate non-technical stakeholder
requests into highly detailed technical specifications (User Stories, Flowcharts,
Sequence Diagrams).
● Documentation & Tools: Proficient in creating BRDs, FSDs, and using agile project
management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
● Language: Professional working proficiency in English and Indonesian.
