We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Account Manager to join our team. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our IT clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing solutions to support their business objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing IT accounts.

1.   Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and upselling additional services

2.   Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a pipeline of potential clients

3.   Actively look for new leads andopportunities through various channels

4.   Prepare and deliver sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of the company's IT service solutions

5.   Negotiate contracts andclose deals with potential clients

6.   Overview projects deliveries, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget, and communicate with clients to ensure that their needs aremet

7.   Attend industry events and networking opportunities


1.   Proven track record of sales success, ideally in the IT service solutions industry

2.   Good understanding of the technical aspects of website development, mobile app development, system integration, and corporate solutions

3.   Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as theability to build and maintain


4.   Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities

5.   Project management experience

6.   Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, computer science, or

marketing is preferred

7.   Experience in lead generation and a proven track record of successfully finding new leads

8.   Leadership, negotiation, and time management skills area plus
