As a Business Process Analyst, you have the responsibility to identify areas for improvement in current business processes and analyze data to gather requirements for process enhancements. You are tasked with designing and implementing efficient workflows and procedures, ensuring that processes are documented clearly and concisely. Additionally, you develop and maintain process flowcharts and diagrams to visually represent these workflows. Collaborating with stakeholders is essential, as it allows you to identify and implement effective solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business process development, analysis, project management, or a similar role.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to collect, study, and interpret complex data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and present findings clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify areas for process improvement, troubleshoot inefficiencies, and develop solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and business process mapping tools. (Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.)
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of core business principles and industry best practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships, actively listen, and manage expectations.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Preferred Skills (Additional plus points)
  • Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or a related field (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience with ISO quality standards.
  • Working knowledge of change management methodologies.
