System Analyst UML, PL/SQL Query

As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will analyze, design, and implement information systems that meet the business requirements of the organization. Collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and other IT professionals, you will ensure the effective use of technology to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

Job Description:

• Gathering user requirements and needs and understanding user satisfaction
• Controlling the consistency of information flow processes within the application
• Coordinating with users regarding needs and requests for technical workflows, new product features, and process specifications
• Creating product roadmaps, communicating features and benefits to stakeholders and relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
• Experience minimal 2 years in Product Development or IT
• Business Analyst or IT System Analyst
• Skill Unified Modelling Language (UML)
• Skill PL/SQL Query, presentation, communication, negotiation
• Experience developing system design/functionality document, use case, flow process/activity diagram
• Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking
• Innovate & responsibility
• Experience with transactional project
