Description
Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement data collection plans to gather relevant information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and tailor data analysis accordingly.
• Providing Data Accuracy
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust as needed.
• Maintain and document operational data and processes.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Handling 3rd parties administration
Qualification
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management/operations analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in excel, and project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello with Power-Ups, or Microsoft Project (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with project management methodologies a plus.
