Without a doubt, rebranding is inherently challenging, especially for a brand that has been known for many years like Indosat. In today’s business landscape where competition is so high, rebranding is never easy. The need for excellent ideas and perfect execution is the key to bring a new vision to life, this kind of case needs to be approached with a fresh mindset, everything has to be better, the user experience needs to be better, and it can’t be slightly better, instead it has to be way better than everyone's expectation.
